I will be dating this really hot and great girl for the first time. I am wondering, if she shows interest in me during our date, should I make a move by the end of the night?

There are no universal rules for dating; you should always do what works best for you. However, if you realize she is interested in you, maybe you should just hold back and let anticipation build up. Most men cannot help themselves but give women what they want. If you wait for it and avoid making a move for a while, she will want you even more.
Go out, have fun, make her wonder during the date what will happen in the end. Be casual, confident and funny, tease her, but at the same time treat her like a gentleman. She might show you at some point that she expects you to make the first move. All you have to do is hold back and make her want it more and more. By the end of the night you can lean and kiss her gently, leaving her wanting for more. By doing this, you will definitely get a second date.
