How do I talk about my disability when I am dating someone online?
I am dating someone on an online dating site and I believe it’s time to tell her about my disability. I want to meet her in real life and I want to prepare her for what she’s going to see. How can I talk to her about this, without making her run away? And if it goes bad, where could I find an online dating site with open-minded users who could overpass my disability?

This is a great question, Nathan! You have to realize that we are living in a very diverse and surprising society, so there are plenty of sites for people with disabilities of every type. Also, there is a general acceptance and understanding of disabled people on mainstream dating sites, too.
Depending on how your match thinks and lives, she might take it well or bad when you drop the news. Still, if she disappears right after you talk to her about your disability, you shouldn’t be disappointed. See this news delivery as a test for her. If she is open-minded, humanitarian and a true believer in love, she will have no problem with your disability. But if she reacts badly to your disclosure, you get the sign that she was not the right girl for you to begin with. At that point, I suggest you to move on and find better matches.
There is no need to feel different from any other guy who’s dating online. Also, you should talk and seduce a woman online, just as every other guy would. However, make sure that when she checks your profile she will be able to see in your self-summary and photos the fact that you have a disability. It’s not a good idea to keep a woman interested in you and only right before meeting her in person tell her that you have a disability. It would be like she is hiding from you the fact that she is still married.
Be true to yourself and to all the other who you meet on online dating sites.
