Is it necessary for men to pay for their dates?
I met this really nice girl and I want to take her out to dinner. I read a book about dating which said that women can also pay half the bill when you go out for dinner. I do not mind paying for my date when I will ask her out, but I was wondering, is it really necessary, or we can share the bill?

This is a great question! Most men think that the only way they can get romantic with a woman is to take her out to dinner. Well, if you make this invitation then of course, you should be the one who pays; after all you are the one asking her to go out.
What you should understand is that it is not mandatory to take a woman to dinner on a first date to show her you are romantically interested in her. There are lots of things you could do, like going to the cinema or taking a walk in the park. If you take her to the theatre when there is a romantic play going, it will be definitely an original and classy date and maybe a new experience for her. Therefore, you should never feel like inviting a woman to dinner is the only romantic thing a man can do for her.
