Is non-stop texting a red flag?
I have been going out with a girl and everything is great except the fact that she keeps texting me all the time. Does she really have nothing better to do than text me how much traffic there is on the streets?

It is not about having nothing to do but when women are bored, they like to talk and for many people texting and talking are interchangeable. You are probably not the only person with whom she is talking. Women are multitasking and like to communicate and that means that they can write text messages very fast. Unlike women, guys use texting only for informational purposes, sex and to share a joke with their friends.
That is why you might not understand a woman’s need for texting. If you are bored you watch a movie, but if she is bored she likes to text.
I wouldn’t consider her constant texting a red flag on her future behavior. But you can never know. A woman can go from independent to clingy in half an hour.
If you are so bothered by her texts, tell her that you are having a busy day and that you will talk later. That should do the job.
