No matter how uncomfortable this question may seem to you, all you have to do is always be in control in your conversations. You can easily ask her back how much she weighs (we all know this is the question that makes women feel uncomfortable).
In case she answers you, you can tell her she is a bit above your limit when it comes to a woman’s weight. However, do not make her feel uncomfortable and do not be disrespectful; do it in a teasing way so that she knows it is a joke.
Trust me, age is not really that much of a big deal. If she was interested in you from the beginning, she will not back away just because you tell her how old you are. If she thought you were too old for her she would not have gone out with you in the first place. So, do not take it too personal. After all, you are just getting to know each other better and at some point she will have to know about this aspect as well. Not because it is a question of vital importance, but because it is basic information about you.
