What to do if she doesn’t want to talk on the phone?
I have been interested in someone for a while now, but she is so caught up by technology that she wouldn’t have a conversation on the phone. We are always sending e-mails or texts to each other, but I would like to have a real conversation with her every once in a while. Maybe I should also mention the fact that she is not 20, but 40 and still she prefers the Internet than the traditional way of communicating. Is it too much to ask?

Answer for: What to do if she doesn’t want to talk on the phone? from Men Advice Team
First of all I am surprised to see that at her age she prefers communicating on the Internet than on the phone, but this only proves she is reluctant to getting closer to you. Maybe she feels she does not know you well enough or she is afraid of getting involved and then being hurt.
The good news is that there is a way to make her talk on the phone. You have to realize that if she sends you text messages and you respond the same way, she has no reason to call you on the phone. However, if you stop sending her messages, she will call you at some point and when that happens don’t say something like “Oh, finally you picked up that phone and called me”, but rather act happy to hear her and make her feel comfortable about calling you.
Of course, this strategy may backfire and she might just give up on contacting you, but if this is the case, then she wasn’t really interested in you to begin with.
