I was always wondering how long I have to date a woman before I make a move on her and take it to the next level. Is there a specific timeline to follow in this way, or you just go with the flow?

A woman will start to think that dating her will make you think she is easy if she sleeps with you. You have to understand that dating is something pretty serious especially for a woman and she does not want to be viewed as easy even if she would also like to have sex with you.
As I see it, you have two options here: you either date her and wait until she feels that you two are serious enough to get intimate, or you build on the attraction between you and create such a tension that she cannot resist and give in to her desire. There is nothing wrong about that, but women feel differently when they are dating a man and do not want to make you think that she acts the same way every time she has a date.
