My girlfriend and I broke up almost a year ago. These days we’ve randomly met on the street and I asked her out for a coffee. She seems really excited. Do you think there is a chance we might get back together? The truth is I have been missing her ever since we broke up.

In most cases, making up with your ex-girlfriend only means trouble. In the beginning, everything might seem fresh and new, but you still feel comfortable with each other. Nevertheless, at some point, when you will argue again, you might start mentioning things which happened in the past and this is not really a good foundation for a healthy relationship.
Moreover, if she broke up with you because you were acting like a wuss, chances are she will never get back with you again. You should know that one of the most difficult things to do is changing a first impression. However, if you are willing to change and make it work this time, she might see that you really mean it and react accordingly.
No matter what you decide to do, make sure this is what you really want and it’s not just an emotional reaction triggered by the fact that you saw her again after a long time. Take the right decision and act like a confident man when you meet her.
