What is the best way to approach a woman at the work place? I feel attracted to my co-worker and I don’t really know how to start talking to her and get together. Do you have any advice?

A trendsetter might tell you that if you already know her, it is best to act casual by asking her if she would like to go to happy hour with you one night. This way, she won’t know for sure which your intentions are, and this is a good thing. Don’t offer to pick her up, just plan to meet there.
If you do not know her, make her laugh and maybe take an informal lunch together. Try not to look too eager, to keep her guessing. If she is at least a bit interested in you, this way you will be able to prepare for a real date.
In my opinion, dating or pursuing someone in the workplace it is not such a good idea. If it doesn’t work out you will have to see her everyday at work and that won’t be nice. So don’t do it. You have plenty of people to choose from, outside the work place.
